ComputersWelcome as a computer user to the network of Institut Mittag-Leffler, IML As a new visitor you are probably curious what kind of computer system we have. When you arrive here you have a choice of using your own laptop and/or our Sun Ray Terminals. The Sun Ray Terminals run Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 - a typical modern Linux environment. What the terminals can't provide we provide via a "Resource Room" located in room 24. This desk has workstations with extra hardware, also suitable for multimedia, cd, dvd, floppies, etc. More information on using your laptop our sunray terminals the resource room the network in general You can also find The Rules for using the computer network |
