Multidimensional Complex Analysis – In Memory of Gennadi Henkin
July 3 - July 7, 2017
Gennadi Henkin (1942-2016) made outstanding contributions to several areas of mathematics and its applications: Complex and functional analysis, theory of approximation, inverse problems of mathematical physics, mathematical problems of economics. The focus of this seminar lies on his activity in several complex variables. Henkin left a substantial trace on practically all directions of modern multidimensional complex analysis: Cauchy-Riemann equations, domains with non smooth boundaries, CR-manifolds, the Penrose transform and its applications to non linear equations of physics etc.
We are going to discuss some of Henkin’s achievements, their development and new results related to his circle of interests.
