Abstract
The discovery of postquantum nonlocality – the existence of nonlocal correlations stronger than any quantum correlations but nevertheless consistent with the no-signaling principle – has deepened our understanding of the foundations quantum theory. In this talk I discuss how the phenomenon of Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen steering can also be generalized beyond quantum theory. We will consider a variety of steering scenarios, such as multipartite and Bob-with-Input. I will show how postquantum steering is a different phenomenon to Bell postquantum correlations, and argue how it goes beyond just being a mere mathematical curiosity. I will also mention some recent results in the field of postquantum steering.
