Abstract
In this talk, I present the problem of stability of anyons if their behavior is close to bosons, which is a summary of several joint works. As we know, anyons have intermediate statistical behavior which is neither symmetric like bosons nor antisymmetric like fermions. It is natural to ask whether anyons condensate if their numbers are large. We explain the effective model if the exchange statistical factor gets closer to bosons, which generalizes the Gross-Pitaevskii energy functional, and derive the critical attraction strength to obtain condensation. Then, we discuss about the ground states and possible approximations of the average energy.
