Abstract
How many rational points with denominators of a given size lie within a specified distance from a non-degenerate curve in three dimensions? In this talk, we provide a sharp answer to this question using Fourier analytic techniques. Based on joint work with Mingfeng Chen, Andreas Seeger, and Niclas Technau.
