Abstract
The boson-fermion correspondence can be considered as a connection between lattice models and symmetric functions by using algebraic methods with many important applications to integrable (probabilistic) systems. In this talk, we will discuss a deformation of the boson-fermion correspondence by two families of parameters, its connection to a lattice models of Naprienko and factorial Schur functions, and potential applications to the so-called TASEP slow bond problem. This is based on joint work with Daniel Bump and Andrew Hardt (arXiv: 2410.06582).
